Welcome to Howard Hanna Rand Realty. 

As a real estate professional, I understand the challenges of selling and buying a home firsthand and I put that perspective to work for my clients.  For more than 21 years,  I have been acting as a property manager and owner of a residential/commercial building in New York City and have bought and sold several homes of my own. That personal experience allows me to truly understand my clients’ journey toward homeownership and allows me to stay sensitive to my clients' needs and concerns. 

Before entering the real estate field,  I enjoyed a successful career in the fashion industry, where I learned to be a good listener, provide consistent communication, and pay laser-focused attention to detail.   I also am a very highly skilled negotiator.  Whether you are buying, selling, or renting a home,  I will put all these strengths to work for you and advocate tirelessly in your best interest.

The opportunity to work on home renovations coupled with interior design, both inspires and drives me.  Through my real estate experiences, I have developed a keen eye for the possibilities that different properties can offer, and I am always willing to share those ideas with my clients. 

I hold a BA in Business and Economics from Marymount Manhattan College and in 2017 earned another degree in Interior Design from Parsons School of Design.  When I'm not working,  I enjoy traveling, Theater, antiques, biking, the beach, and cooking.
